Zanvex Fitness App — Your right to erasure
You have the right to permanently delete your Zanvex account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this — in-app (instant) or by email request (for users who cannot access the App).
Open the Zanvex app and go to the More tab.
Tap Data & Privacy.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account this way, the following happens immediately:
If you no longer have access to the App but want your data deleted, email us at privacy@zanvex-studio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
We will confirm your request by email and process the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you want to keep a copy of your data before deleting your account, export it first from More → Data & Privacy → Export Data.
